John's Car Buying Tips

Clean Cars Bring More Trade-in Value
If you're going to trade in your current vehicle, always spend some time and maybe a little money to get it "detailed". Why? Because a clean car will always make a better first impression on the dealership's appraiser than one that appears to have been neglected.
You may not have actually neglected the car, but you could give that impression depending on how dirty the car is when it is appraised. Clean out all the trash and clutter, wash thoroughly inside and out, vacuum inside, clean the windows, use air freshener inside, and put some tire shine on the tires (be sure to let the tire shine dry before driving the vehicle).
These few steps could save you hundreds in trade value! Don't fail to take advantage of this simple step.
